Tibetan Medicine Qishiwei Zhenzhu Pills Can Reduce Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury by Regulating Gut Microbiota and Inhibiting Inflammation

<div>Inflammation: (a) the mRNA levels of p38-MAKP, TNF-<i>α</i>, IL-1<i>β</i>, and IL-6 in the hippocampus of the ischemic side were measured by RT-PCR; (b) the protein levels of IL-1<i>β</i> and IL-6 in the hippocampus of the ischemic side were measured by western blot; and (c) histogram analysis of the levels of IL-1<i>β</i> and IL-6.
