LOC reduces proinflammatory cytokine production in TNFα/IFNγ-stimulated HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were pretreated with LOC (2.5, 5, 10, and 20 µg/ml) for 1 h and then stimulated with TNFα/IFNγ (10 ng/ml). Total RNA was isolated, and the mRNA levels of TARC (a), MDC (b), MCP1 (c), IL-6 (d), IL-8 (e), and IL-1β (f) were measured by real-time PCR. The data are presented as the mean ± SEM of three samples. Statistically significant differences () between the treatment groups are indicated by different letters.
