CYBRD1 overexpression reversed the effects of IFN-α on glioma cells (a) LN229 and T98G cells were stimulated with IFN-α (2000 U/ml) for 24 h and examined for the protein levels of CYBRD1 by immunoblotting. Then, LN229 and T98G cells were transfected with CYBRD1 OE, stimulated with IFN-α (2000 U/ml) for 24 h, and examined for cell viability by CCK-8 assay (b); cell migration by wound healing assay (c); cell invasion by transwell assay (d), , compared with the control group (PBS); , , compared with the IFN-α group.
