Wang-Bi Tablet Ameliorates DMM-Induced Knee Osteoarthritis through Suppressing the Activation of p38-MAPK and NF-κB Signaling Pathways in Mice
Figure 1
Therapeutic effect of WBT on KOA mice. Sham and Mod groups’ mice administered by gavage with 0.5% CMC-Na solvent (Sham, Mod, n = 8), low dose of WBT (0.20 g/kg/d, WBT-L, n = 8), medium dose of WBT (0.40 g/kg/d, WBT-L, n = 8), and high dose of WBT (0.60 g/kg/d, WBT-H, n = 8) for 4 weeks, respectively. The body weight of each group was recorded. Effects of WBT on the IL-6 and GAG in KOA mice are given. The concentration of proinflammatory cytokine IL-6 (a) and GAG (b) in the serum was measured by ELISA. , , and vs Mod group. , , and vs Sham group.
