YQHX exhibited anticardiomyocyte apoptosis effects by inhibiting miR-1. (a) Transfection efficiency of miR-1 in H9c2 cells was determined using qRT-PCR. (b) MiR-1 mimics were transfected into H9c2 cells for 36 h before H/R modeling. Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA levels were using qRT-PCR, and the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio was calculated. (c, d) Protein levels of Bax, Bcl-2, and caspase-3 were determined using western blot, and the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio was calculated.
