Anti-Inflammatory Effects of the Fraction from the Leaves of <i>Pyrus pyrifolia</i> on LPS-Stimulated THP-1 Cells

<div>Effects of PP on inhibition of proinflammatory molecules in LPS-stimulated THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were pretreated with PP (5–20 <i>μ</i>g/mL) or DEX (20 <i>μ</i>M) for 1 h and maintained with 0.1 <i>μ</i>g/mL LPS for 6 h. The expressions of MCP-1 (a), TNF-<i>α</i> (b), IL-8 (c), and IL-6 (d) were measured by ELISA. After treatment for 24 h with (e) or without LPS (f), cell viability was determined.
