Oridonin inhibited gastric cancer (GC) cell proliferation in vitro. (a) Chemical structure of oridonin. GC cell line HGC27 (b), AGS (c), and MGC803 (d) cells treated with oridonin (0–40 μM) for 24, 48, and 72 h, and cell proliferation was measured using the CCK-8 assay. The data are shown as the mean ± SD of triplicate samples. Analyses were performed using two-way ANOVA. P < 0.01; P < 0.001 (vs. 24 h); ##P < 0.01; ###P < 0.001 (vs. 48 h).
