Prediction of Rhizoma Drynariae Targets in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis Based on Network Pharmacology and Experimental Verification

The cells were pretreated with the aqueous extract of Rhizoma Drynariae (AERD) or luteolin for 1 h before IL-1β treatment (10 ng/ml). After 30 min of the intervention of IL-1β, the localization of NF-κB p65 was visualized with immunofluorescence by fluorescence microscopy after being marked with an anti-NF-κB p65 antibody (green). The cells were also marked with DAPI to visualize the nuclei (blue).
