(c) LI4, Hegu, localized with the hand in flat position and with the thumb and index finger spread, in the slight depression between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones; PC6, Neiguan, localized with the forearm extended and the palm faced upwards, in the center of the palmar aspect of the forearm, between the tendons of the long palmar muscle and the radial flexor muscle of the wrist.
