Effects of Sinapic Acid Combined with Cisplatin on the Apoptosis and Autophagy of the Hepatoma Cells HepG2 and SMMC-7721

Inhibition of autophagy reduces the viability of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells. The hepatic cancer cells were pretreated with the apoptosis inhibitor 20 µM Z-VAD-FMK or autophagy inhibitor 40 µM HCQ for 1 h. The cell viability of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells coincubated with Sa (0 and 600 µM) and 5 µM DDP for 72 h was evaluated by the MTT assay.
