Synergistic Cytotoxicity between <i>Elephantopus scaber</i> and Tamoxifen on MCF-7-Derived Multicellular Tumor Spheroid

<div>Cytotoxicity of MCF-7 spheroid cultures towards <i>E. scaber</i> ethanol extract 60 <i>μ</i>g/mL (ES60), tamoxifen citrate 3.125 <i>μ</i>g/mL (TC3), tamoxifen citrate 6.25 <i>μ</i>g/mL (TC6), and their combinatorial treatment after 4 days of treatment. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by measuring LDH release into the media in comparison to the maximum LDH release.
