Synergistic Cytotoxicity between <i>Elephantopus scaber</i> and Tamoxifen on MCF-7-Derived Multicellular Tumor Spheroid

<div>Changes of mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm) in MCTS cultures after incubation for 4 days (a) without treatment or with treatment of, (b) <i>E. scaber</i> ethanol extract 60 <i>μ</i>g/mL (ES60), (c) tamoxifen citrate 3.125 <i>μ</i>g/mL (TC3), (d) tamoxifen citrate 6.25 <i>μ</i>g/mL (TC6), (e) ES60 + TC3, (f) ES60 + TC6. The results are expressed as fold change relative to Ψm of the untreated control group.
