Synergistic Cytotoxicity between <i>Elephantopus scaber</i> and Tamoxifen on MCF-7-Derived Multicellular Tumor Spheroid

<div>Gene expression of c-Jun in MCTS cultures treated by <i>E. scaber</i>, tamoxifen citrate, and their combinatorial treatment as measured by real-time quantitative PCR. <i>E. scaber</i> ethanol extract 60 <i>μ</i>g/mL (ES60), tamoxifen citrate 3.125 <i>μ</i>g/mL (TC3), and tamoxifen citrate 6.25 <i>μ</i>g/mL (TC6). The results are expressed as fold change relative to the untreated control group.
