Combined Treatment of Cinobufotalin and Gefitinib Exhibits Potent Efficacy against Lung Cancer

Cinobufotalin and gefitinib decreased A549 cell viability. MTT assay was performed to evaluate the inhibitory effect of gefitinib and cinobufotalin on A549 cells viability at (a) 24 h, (b) 48 h, and (c) 72 h either alone or in combination. (d) MTT assay was applied to assess the inhibitory function of gefitinib and cinobufotalin on BEAS-2B cell viability at 72 h either alone or in combination.
