Effects of HKC on nitric oxide, TNF-α, IL-6, and ROS production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were incubated with different concentrations of HKC for 24 h and the cell viability (a) was measured. Cells were incubated with different concentrations of HKC and LPS (100 ng/mL). After 24 h incubation with LPS, culture supernatants were collected for nitric oxide (b), TNF-α (c), and IL-6 (d) assays. Intracellular ROS (e) was performed using DCFH-DA. Cells were preincubated with HKC for 2 h and then exposed to LPS for 4 h The expression of TNF-α (f) and IL-6 (g) mRNAs was determined through qPCR. Data represent means ± SD (n = 3). < 0.05. < 0.01.
