Effects of HKC on nitric oxide, TNF-α, and IL-6 production in LPS-stimulated primary peritoneal macrophages. Cells were incubated with different concentrations of HKC for 24 h and the cell viability (a) was measured. Cells were incubated with different concentrations of HKC and LPS (100 ng/mL).
