Poria cocos regulated RhoGDI1, RhoA, and CDC42 expression in B35 and C6 cells. The expression levels of RhoGDI1, RhoA, CDC42, and Rac1 were examined using western blotting in this experiment. B35 (a, b) and C6 (c, d) cells were treated with PRP (10 μg/ml) or WP (10 μg/ml).
