Poria cocos Regulates Cell Migration and Actin Filament Aggregation in B35 and C6 Cells by Modulating the RhoA, CDC42, and Rho Signaling Pathways

Poria cocos induced actin filament condensation in B35 and C6 cells. B35 and C6 cells were treated with PRP (10 μg/ml) or WP (10 μg/ml) for seven days and then stained with CytoPainter Phalloidin-iFluor 488 Reagent.
