Geniposide, a Principal Component of Gardeniae Fructus, Protects Skin from Diesel Exhaust Particulate Matter-Induced Oxidative Damage

<div>Effects of GFE on apoptosis in DEP-stimulated HaCaT cells. (a) Percentages of apoptotic cells were determined using an Annexin V &amp; Dead Cell kit. Cells were pretreated with GFE (10, 100 <i>μ</i>g/ml) for 1 h and then stimulated with DEP (100 <i>μ</i>g/ml) for 24 h.
