Moxibustion against Cyclophosphamide-Induced Premature Ovarian Failure in Rats through Inhibiting NLRP3-/Caspase-1-/GSDMD-Dependent Pyroptosis

<div>Mox could alleviate CP-induced ovarian pyroptosis. (a) Mox could inhibit the CP-induced increase of IL-1<i>β</i> and IL-18 in serum determined by ELISA kits (<i>n</i> = 8). (b) Mox inhibited CP-induced increased protein expression of IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-18, and cleaved GSDMD by western blot (<i>n</i> = 3). All the data were presented as mean ± SD.
