PCB2 rescues PA-induced endoplasmic reticulum dysfunction in HepG2 cells. Cells were exposed to PA (125 μM) and treated by PCB2 (2.5, 5, and 10 μM) for 12 h and then incubated with ER-Tracker Red (red) and Hoechst 33342 (blue) solution, respectively, and relative fluorescence intensity was measured.
