Role of Episamarcandin in Promoting the Apoptosis of Human Colon Cancer HCT116 Cells through the PI3K-Akt Signaling Pathway

Figure 2

The inhibition of proliferation of human colon cancer cell HCT 116 by episamarcandin. Episamarcandin (9.375 μg•mL−1, 18.75 μg•mL−1, 37.5 μg•mL−1, 75 μg•mL−1, 150 μg•mL−1, and 300 μg•mL−1) was used to treat HCT 116 cells. (a) The proliferation of HCT 116 was detected with MTT method. The cell morphology was shown on the left panel and the statistical results were shown in the right panel. (b) The proliferation of HCT 116 was detected with SRB assay. The cell morphology was shown on the left panel and the statistical results were shown in the right panel. (c) Wound healing assay for the effect of episamarcandin on the migration of HCT 116 cells.
