EA regulated the ERS-induced apoptotic pathway. The effects of EA on the expression of GRP78, CHOP/GADD153, p-eIF2α, and caspase 12 in rats were assessed by western blot analysis (a, b), immunohistochemical staining (c, d), and RT-qPCR (e) at 72 h after reperfusion. β-Actin served as a loading control.
