Chemical Composition, Antibacterial Activity, and Antibiotic Potentiation of <i>Boswellia sacra</i> Flueck. Oleoresin Extracts from the Dhofar Region of Oman

<div>Antibacterial activity of the <i>B. sacra</i> oleoresin extracts against bacterial triggers of autoimmune inflammatory diseases measured as zones of inhibition (mm): (a) <i>P. mirabilis</i>, (b) <i>K. pneumoniae</i>, (c) <i>A. baylyi</i>, and (d) <i>P. aeruginosa</i>. Method refers to the extraction method; <i>M</i> = methanolic extract; <i>W</i> = water extract; NC = 0.5% DMSO; Amp = ampicillin (10 <i>μ</i>g) control; Chl = chloramphenicol (10 <i>μ</i>g) control.
