Curative antimalarial activity of GIE against PbANKA infected mice. Groups of ICR mice were infected with 1 × 107 PbANKA infected erythrocytes for 72 h and subsequently treated orally with 10, 50, and 100 mg/kg of GIE for 4 consecutive days.
