(a–c) LPS treatment had no significant effect on CD206, arginase-1, and Ym1, three M2 markers; however, GLGZG treatment significantly elevated the expression for CD206, arginase-1, and Ym1 ( and ). (d, e) The protein result of CD206 revealed that LPS had no significant effect on CD206 protein, while GLGZG treatment significantly upregulated CD206 protein.
