Gualou Guizhi Granule Suppresses LPS-Induced Inflammatory Response of Microglia and Protects against Microglia-Mediated Neurotoxicity in HT-22 via Akt/NF-κB Signaling Pathways

The effect of GLGZG on LPS-induced microglia release, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, MCP-1, TNF-α, and NO. Compared with the control group, the content of IL-1β, IL-6, MCP-1, TNF-α, and NO in the LPS group increased significantly, while compared with the LPS group, IL-1β, IL-6, MCP-1, TNF-α, and NO were decreased significantly in the cells of the 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL dose group of GLGZG. In addition, GLGZG also markedly increased the production of IL-10.
