Evaluation of Deodorizing Effects of <i>Saccharina japonica</i> in 10-Month-Old ICR Mice Using a Novel Odor Marker Associated with Aging

(a) The histopathological structure of the sweat gland was observed in H&amp;E-stained foot sections of EESJ-treated ICR mice at 100×, 200×, and 400× magnifications. (b) Size of the gland tubule and lumen in sweat glands was determined using the Leica Application Suite. Three to five mice per group were used to prepare the foot section, and the size of the gland tubule and lumen in sweat glands was counted in duplicate for each section.
