Suppression of Long Noncoding RNA SNHG1 Inhibits the Development of Hypopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma via Increasing PARP6 Expression

<div>SNHG1/PARP6 axis affected the protein expression of XRCC6, <i>β</i>-catenin, and EMT-related proteins (E-cadherin and N-cadherin) in HSCC cells by western blot assay. FaDu cells were transfected with lenti-NC, lenti-PARP6, sh-NC, or/and sh-SNHG1.
