Effects of SNHG1/PARP6 axis in the expression of PARP6, XRCC6, β-catenin, and EMT-related proteins (E-cadherin and N-cadherin) in HSCC in vivo. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of PARP6, XRCC6, β-catenin, E-cadherin, and N-cadherin in tumor tissues of differently treated mice. BALB/c nude mice were subcutaneously injected with FaDu cells that were transfected with lenti-NC, lenti-PARP6, sh-NC, or/and sh-SNHG1.
