<div>Some of RFLP products of Xmn1 ′5 to G<i>γ</i> of sickle patients and healthy individuals. Lane 1 demonstrates the DNA molecular weight marker with a hundred base-pair ladder. Lanes 1 to 4 and 8 are the DNA which is (−/−), whereas Lane 5 is the DNA which is (±) for Xmn1 ′5 to G<i>γ</i>.</div>
