Network Pharmacology-Based Strategy to Investigate the Mechanisms of <i>Cibotium barometz</i> in Treating Osteoarthritis

<div>Effect of different concentration of CBWE on levels of COX2 and PGE2 in IL-1<i>β</i>-induced SW1353 cells. Cells were pretreated with 125, 250, and 500 <i>μ</i>g/mL of <i>Cibotium barometz</i> water extract (CBWE) respectively and then stimulated with 10 ng/mL IL-1<i>β</i> for 12 h. (a) COX2 expression level in cell lysate detected by Western Blot. (b) PGE<sub>2</sub> expression level in media detected by ELISA. The data were derived from three independent experiments and expressed as the mean ± standard deviation.
