Network Pharmacology-Based Strategy to Investigate the Mechanisms of <i>Cibotium barometz</i> in Treating Osteoarthritis

<div>The mRNA expression levels of MMP-1, MMP-3, and MMP-13 in IL-1<i>β</i>-induced SW1353 cells treated with CBWE. Before stimulation with 10 ng/mL IL-1<i>β</i> for 12 h cells were pretreated with 125, 250, or 500 <i>μ</i>g/mL CBWE for 1 h. The data are derived from three independent experiments and expressed as the mean ± standard deviation.
