[Retracted] LncRNA Gm43843 Promotes Cardiac Hypertrophy via miR-153-3p/Cacna1c Axis

<div>Cacna1c inhibition relieves the hypertrophy of H9C2 and MCM cells. (a) The inhibition efficiency of sh-Cacna1c was investigated by qRT-PCR assay in cells treated with Ang II. (b-c) QRT-PCR assay and western blot assay were implemented to detect the hypertrophy-related protein markers in Ang II-treated H9C2 and MCM cells upon Cacna1c depletion.
