Sweet Wormwood and Tortoise Shell Decoction (Thanh Hao Miet Giap Thang) Induces DNA Damage, S-Phase Arrest, and Apoptosis in MCF-7 Cells via ATR-CHK1 Signaling Pathway

<div>THMGT induced cell cycle arrest at the S phase. MCF-7 cells were treated with THMGT at concentration of 3 mg/ml for 3, 6, and 9 h PI staining of the fixed cells was performed to obtain the flow cytometry-based cell cycle distribution profiles of the analyzed cells.
