[Retracted] Role of miR-584-5p in Lipopolysaccharide-Stimulated Human Bronchial Epithelial Cell Inflammation and Apoptosis

Effects of miR-584-5p on the cell cycle of 16-HBE cells. After treatment with 75% glacial ethanol, 16-HBE cells were stained with propidium iodide solution (500 μL) for 15 min at 30 °C; flow cytometry was used to detect the differences in the distribution of cell cycles in each group. There was no difference in the proportion of cells in the G1, G2, and S phases among different groups. The results are representative of three independent experiments.
