Untargeted Metabolomics Analysis of <i>Crocus cancellatus</i> subsp. <i>damascenus</i> (Herb.) B. Mathew Stigmas and Their Anticarcinogenic Effect on Breast Cancer Cells

<div>The activity of MMP-9 and MMP-2 in MDA-MB-231 cells. Following treatment of cells with DMSO 1% as a control, doxorubicin as a positive control, and stigmas ethanol extract of <i>C. cancellatus</i> subsp. <i>damascenus</i>, the extracellular medium was employed to investigate MMP-9 and MMP-2 activities by gelatin zymography. Quantification of each band is expressed as mean ± standard error of mean (<i>n</i> = 3). No significant difference was observed.</div>
