Partial nephrectomy ICR mice (weighing approximately 30 g each) were divided into four groups and treated with C. militaris mycelia (3 mg dried mycelia dissolved in 0.3 mL water) cultured in HKS, HKS + A, CM, or CM + A medium by oral gavage for 28 days, whereas the Nx control group received distilled water. Data were collected at the end of the experiment. All data are expressed as mean ± standard error of the mean.
