Wenshen Yiqi Keli Mitigates the Proliferation and Migration of Cigarette Smoke Extract-Induced Human Airway Smooth Muscle Cells through miR-155/FoxO3a Axis

<div>Effects of the WSYQKL-containing serum on cell proliferation in CSE-mediated hASMCs with miR-155 overexpression or FoxO3a knockdown. (a) The expression of miR-155 in the CSE-mediated hASMCs treated with 20% WSYQKL-containing serum was measured using a qRT-PCR assay. (b) Cell viability was confirmed after 20% WSYQKL-containing serum treatment in miR-155 mimic or si-FoxO3a transfected CSE-mediated hASMCs.
