Compared with the model group, it is statistically significant in 24 h. ^ΔCompared with the model group, it is statistically significant in 48 h. Optimum IC₅₀ value of ZZXJD was found to be 17.7% for 48 h incubation. Hence, 17.5% was opted as optimal dose (high-dose) for additional experiment.
