Effects of Oral Administration of <i>Lactiplantibacillus Plantarum</i> APsulloc 331261 (GTB1<sup>TM</sup>) Isolated from Green Tea on Atopic Dermatitis (AD)-like Skin Lesion Mouse Models

<div>At the end of the experiment, skin tissue and serum were collected. Total serum IgE levels were determined by ELISA (a). The relative IL-4 (b) and IL-13 (c), IL-5 (d), and IL-31 (e) mRNA expression levels in skin tissue were determined by RT-qPCR analysis. Skin tissue TSLP levels were determined by ELISA (f). The relative IFN-<i>γ</i> (g) and IL-2 (h) mRNA expression levels in skin tissue were determined by RT-qPCR analysis. OXZ + GTB1 7, GTB1 1 × 10<sup>7</sup> CFU per mouse; OXZ + GTB1 8, GTB1 1 × 10<sup>8</sup> CFU per mouse; OXZ + 14917, 14917 1 × 10<sup>8</sup> CFU per mouse.
