Sodium Butyrate Attenuated Diabetes-Induced Intestinal Inflammation by Modulating Gut Microbiota

<div>SB treatment promoted an anti-inflammatory state in the intestines of DM model mice. Western blotting was used to assess (a) the Arg-1/<i>β</i>-actin ratio, (b) the iNOS/<i>β</i>-actin ratio, (c) the Foxp3/<i>β</i>-actin ratio, and (d) the ROR<i>γ</i>t/<i>β</i>-actin ratio in the intestines of mice in the indicated groups.
