40-year-old male, giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath in sections I and II of right hemipelvis. First-stage surgery of most of tumor resection and exploration of iliac vessels and the sciatic nerve. Second-stage surgery of resection of residual tumor, total hip arthroplasty, autologous bone graft, and allograft acetabular reconstruction.
