Isoschaftoside Inhibits Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Inflammation in Microglia through Regulation of HIF-1α-Mediated Metabolic Reprogramming

HIF-1α is involved in regulating the anti-inflammatory effect of isoschaftoside. BV2 cells were treatment with lipopolysaccharide (10 ng/mL) and isoschaftoside (200 μM). (a–i) The expression of COX2, TNF-α, IL-1β, iNOS, HIF-1α, HK2 and PFKFB3 was quantified by western blot. The data are expressed as means ± SD. ; ; for comparisons shown, n = 6.
