Isoschaftoside Inhibits Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Inflammation in Microglia through Regulation of HIF-1α-Mediated Metabolic Reprogramming

Isoschaftoside reduces HIF-1α and glycolytic enzymes production in CoCl2-treated microglia. BV2 cells were pretreated with 100 μM CoCl2 for 24 h followed by 200 μM isoschaftoside for 9 h.
