Adverse reaction in the STG and COG. The abscissa represents the adverse reactions, and the ordinate represents the percentage (%). In the COG, there were 9 cases of fever, 7 cases of abnormal liver function, 9 cases of cardiac toxicity, 4 cases of myelosuppression, 7 cases of stomatitis, and 7 cases of alopecia. In the STG, there were 7 cases of fever, 2 cases of abnormal liver function, 2 cases of cardiac toxicity, 2 cases of myelosuppression, 3 cases of stomatitis, and 6 cases of alopecia indicates a notable difference in the incidence of cardiac toxicity between the COG and STG (X2 = 4.960, ).
