Yihe-Tang restored the constant dark-induced changes in the expression levels of lipid metabolism-related genes. Zebrafish were treated with dark in the control, Yihe-Tang, constant dark, and constant dark + Yihe-Tang groups for 22 days and the liver tissues were collected for RT-PCR analysis.
