Protective Effects of Interleukin-37 Expression against Acetaminophen-Induced Hepatotoxicity in Mice

<div>Effect of IL-37 expression on serum cytokine levels of APAP-induced liver injury. Mice were pretreated with pcDNA3.1-IL-37 at 24 h before APAP injection. Serum samples were collected at 24 h after APAP injection for the detection of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines. Serum levels of TNF-<i>α</i> (a), IL-6 (b), and IL-17 (c) measured at 24 h after APAP injection by ELISA.
