Experimental Study on Danggui Shaoyao San Improving Renal Fibrosis by Promoting Autophagy

<div>DSS can suppress the autophagy inhibition of 3-MA. NRK-52 E cells were starved for 24 h and then treated with 3-MA (10 mM) and 3-MA (10 mM) + DSS (0.8 mg/ml) for another 24 h (<i>n</i> = 3, per group).(a) Cellular protein levels of LC3 I, LC3 II, Beclin 1, p-mTOR, and mTOR were determined by western blotting.
