Effect of BMA on TNF-α and IL-1β levels in LPS-activated RAW264.7 cells. ((a)–(c)) The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were determined by ELISA after treatment with BMA (40, 80, or 160 μM) for 1 h and stimulation with LPS (1 μg/mL) for another 24 h in LPS-activated RAW264.7 cells.
